Exhibition Drone Model
Concept, 3D model, Textures
In the game, this model can be found in the central area of the main environment. It is meant to be a historically significant drone that is sitting on a podium for a historical exhibition.

For this model, I was tasked with concepting, modeling and texturing the drone. I was given a short brief from the art lead, along with some reference images to get an idea of what the aim was.

I developed the original concept in Zbrush after doing some quick sketches in Photoshop. Then, I continued polishing and adding details to it, for the final high-poly mesh. Afterwards taking it to Maya, where I used Quad Draw and box modeling techniques to get the in-game low-poly mesh.

I UV unwrapped it in Maya, then imported my meshes for baking and texturing in Substance Painter, after which I exported the maps and tested the assets in Unreal Engine.
Futuristic Forklift Model
Concept, 3D model, Textures
In the game, this model can be found in the 'Foundry' environment.

I worked on this asset starting from a rough sketch I made in Photoshop and worked all the way through modeling and texturing to final export. In this case, I worked from references that included both real life photography of factory forklifts and CGI images of spaceships and other types of futuristic vehicles.

After getting a rough idea of what kinds of shapes and proportions we were going for, I blocked out each piece using symmetry and primitives in Autodesk Maya and then used box modeling techniques to polish and add details to it.

I UV unwrapped it in Maya, then imported the model to Substance Painter for baking and texturing. Once I finished the textures, I imported everything in Unreal Engine to check that everything looked correct in engine and delivered the final assets to the team.
